Services
I support individuals and couples through life transitions; complex relationship dynamics; exploring identity; and challenges with communication, conflict, lack of desire, intimacy, sexual issues, and trauma.
I support individuals who are searching for purpose and meaning, and may feel stuck, lonely, or unfulfilled.
I support couples in a variety of relationship models, including those in monogamous, non-monogamous, and undefined relationships.
Life Transitions
Life transitions can include starting a new school or program, entering or leaving a relationship, or changes in family dynamics due to divorce, loss of a loved one, or becoming an empty nester. Other shifts may involve relocating or starting a new job or role. While these transformations can make life interesting, they can also be overwhelming. Whether the change is expected or unexpected, I can support you in navigating these new experiences.
Exploring Relationships
Relationship challenges are common, across settings such as school, work, home, and places in between. Arguments, feelings of disconnection, or a lack of intimacy can show up in our close connections. In addition, new concerns can show up when navigating less traditional relationship models like polyamory and non-monogamy, or exploring roles in a partnership. I can assist you in fostering love for yourself and others.
Gender Identity & Sexuality
It can be refreshing to find a welcoming space to openly explore topics like attraction, sexuality, body positivity, partnerships, and LGBTQ+ identities. Whether you're seeking to build confidence, navigate personal growth, or understand the impact of family upbringing on your journey, a supportive environment can be crucial for self reflection. Together, we can build understanding and help you feel seen and understood.
